- Property and contact details — information you enter into your dashboard, such as property links and buyer details you choose to manage.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected to keep the service secure and working properly.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and deliver the features you request.
- To send you service-related communications, including order confirmations and account notices.
- To send SMS text messages that you have explicitly opted in to receive (see "SMS messaging" below).
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To protect the security and integrity of our service.
SMS messaging
If you opt in, ForSaleNFC may send you SMS text messages related to your account, orders, and buyer-card activity. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@forsalenfc.com.
We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. This information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate the service (such as hosting, payment processing, and message delivery) and who are permitted to use the information only to perform those services for us. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is excluded from any sharing.

- You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.

ForSaleNFC is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
