How text messaging works for ForSaleNFC agents, and how you give and withdraw consent.
ForSaleNFC provides "tap to view" NFC cards to real estate agents. Agents place a card on a property; when a buyer taps it with their phone, the listing opens. We send SMS text notifications to agents about activity on their own account.
Agents provide their mobile phone number when creating a ForSaleNFC account at forsalenfc.com. During sign-up, before creating the account, each agent sees and agrees to this statement:
Consent is given by the agent for their own number. ForSaleNFC does not text buyers, and does not message anyone who has not opted in.

We collect an agent's mobile number only to send the notifications described above. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or message content with third parties for their marketing.
